A note from Pastor Travis 10/1/26
As you know, some passages in the Bible are easier to read and understand than others. This Sunday, we will be reflecting on Matthew 21:33-46.
It is a challenging parable to understand. It doesn’t feel inclusive, and it would be much easier to skip over it, especially on World Communion Sunday.
However, when we struggle with difficult passages, we then create new opportunities to grow. This Sunday is one of those opportunities.
I invite you to read the passage before Sunday and join us as we consider one of Jesus’ more difficult parables. We will grow together as we open our spirits to the presence of God.
And don’t forget, to come back to church with your pets at 1:00, so that we can asks God’s blessings on them.
Peace and grace,
Pastor Travis
