A note from Pastor Travis 3/25/21
Dear FUMC Family and Friends,
I am very proud of our congregation. We have been worshiping and serving virtually for over a year now, and you have remained faithful. You have been flexible and understanding as we have sought to engage in ministry in new ways. Some people have taken on extra responsibilities, working many hours to help us continue to worship and serve. I am deeply grateful for everyone. This time in the COVID-19 wilderness has reminded us that church is not bound to a building, but it wherever we seek to embody God’s love in the world.
This year will be our second Easter worshiping virtually. It is hard not to be together, but we want to keep everyone safe. It has been a long journey and we are all ready for things to get back to normal. However, it would be a mistake to give into our desires and return to a normal schedule too soon. We are close, but we must wait a little longer.
Though we will not be physically together for Holy Week and Easter, we will be together spiritually and virtually. Below is our schedule. Be sure to mark your calendars and join us for these holy celebrations.
Peace and Grace,
Pastor Travis
