A note from Pastor Travis 2/26/26

When my daughters were growing up, we loved to take long trips by car. We drove to Chicago, Louisiana, and Prince Edward Island, to name a few of our vacation destinations. On the way, we would do a lot of different things to keep the girls entertained, including listening to audio books and playing silly games. However, my favorite activity was the great conversations we had. This was especially important as our daughters became teenagers. It was nice to be in the car with them so that we could spend time in conversation.

Even though our daughters are grown and continue to live at home, we don’t get as much time to talk as I would like. We are all busy with our responsibilities. However, occasionally life gives us an opportunity to slow down and enjoy each other’s company. This is what happened on Monday during the snowstorm. We all worked until 4, then spent the evening playing games, laughing, and talking. It was wonderful!

I give thanks for those moments of pause where we have the opportunity to reconnect with each other. I hope that you continue to look for those moments in your life where you can spend time with the people that you love.

Blessings and Grace,

Pastor Travis

Church Wedding!

As you have heard on Saturday, February 28 at 3:00pm Nadeige and Mikelson are getting married here at the church, and there will be a reception to follow. As part of their church family, you are invited!

We are looking for some people who could come to the church on the morning of the wedding, at 9:00am, to help us decorate. We are also looking for someone who could provide a cheese plate too.

If you can help in any way, please let Pastor Travis know, tbonnettekim@gmail.com
