A note from Pastor Travis 9/11/25

Our church is a great place to belong! It is filled with loving people who worship, pray, and study together. It is a compassionate environment in which people can grow and find support in times of struggle.

Our church is a great place to belong! In fact, it may be the best kept secret in Melrose.

Well, it’s time to let the cat out of the bag. It is time to announce it from the mountain top! It is time to share the news in more subtle ways too – like inviting friends and family.

In fact, THIS Sunday is a great Sunday to start!

Here is a schedule of some of the exciting things happening this fall:

Sunday School Begins This Sunday – Bring your children and grandchildren for the fun, fellowship, and learning of Sunday School.

Chancel Choir Rehearsal Begins – Love singing? Want to join with others who love to sing? Join the Chancel Choir! All voices welcome!

Tuesday Morning Bible Study – Begins September 16 at 10:00 – Is there a better way to strengthen your spirit than at Bible Study? This is a great time of fellowship, support, prayer, and study. All are welcome to join us.

Blessing of the Animals — October 5 — 1:00. Share this news with family and friends, so that they can have their animals blessed too!

MAAV Walk – October 5, 4:00-6:00 — We are still assembling our team. If you can join us, let the church office know.

Church Conference

Our annual Church Conference (also known as Charge Conference) will be Saturday, November 8 at 3:00. The format will be different this year, so keep an eye out for more information to come!

There will be many other wonderful opportunities for ministry, study, service, and worship this fall. So, keep an eye out so that you don’t miss any of them!
