Haiti Mission Project Fall 2020

Haiti Mission 

The Haiti Mission Team is proud to announce the start of a new mission project in conjunction with Haiti Global Youth Partnership. Haiti Global Youth Partnership is a non-profit established and run by the Zama family of Melrose, and is dedicated to providing aid to the rural Haitian commune of L’Asile. Working closely with the Zamas over the course of the next year, we aim to enter into Christian fellowship with the people of L’Asile and raise money for much-needed community services there.

Our first project is to raise funds for an urgently needed mobile health clinic that will bring a team of doctors to L’Asile to perform emergency medical services, to advise on preventive care, and to provide information on best practices for public health.

To fund this project, we must raise $2000, and we have set a deadline of All Saints’ Sunday, November 1st. You are welcome to donate on the church’s Paypal account or on our Facebook page, being sure to write “Haiti Mission” in the notes field, or send a check to the church office.
